KNOW: Knowing God Completely
To provide students with the tools to pursue a lifelong and passionate relationship with Christ;
2 Peter 1: 3-8: As we know Jesus better, his divine power gives us everything we need for living a godly life. He has called us to receive his own glory and goodness. And by that same mighty power, he has given us all of his rich and wonderful promises. He has promised that you will escape the decadence all around you caused by evil desires and that you will share in his divine nature. So make every effort to apply the benefits of these promises to your life. Then your faith will produce a life of moral excellence. A life of moral excellence leads to patient endurance, and patient endurance leads to godliness. Godliness leads to love for other Christians, and finally you will grow to have genuine love for everyone. The more you grow like this the more you will become productive and useful in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
GROW: Growing In Community
To teach students how to develop strong, respectful, healthy Christ-centered relationships.
Acts 20:24 But my life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus- the work of telling others the Good News about God's wonderful kindness and love.
1 Peter 3:8 Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.
GO: Go With Purpose
To help them identify their God given giftsenabling them to engage with their faith community and the world, while standing firm in their faith.
Romans 12:5b-6a We are all parts of His one body, and each of us has different work to do. And since we are all one body in Christ, we belong to eachother and each of us needs all the others. God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well.
